Remember, your booking covers the entire time you're in the venue—including setup, pack-down, and any social time—so it's worth factoring all of that in when choosing your slot.

And here’s a little bonus: your hire includes access to the kitchen for serving light refreshments! Full kitchen use does incur extra costs. Why not make the most of it? Serving refreshments or hosting a casual gathering can really elevate the experience. It helps people feel welcome, strengthens group connections, and—if you choose to charge for drinks or snacks—could even boost your group’s income.

Lower Hall:

Community rate £5 per hour.
